15 % Namibian VAT is included in daily rates as well as the Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) – Levy. Arrival and departure days with no hunting will be charged according to the rate of a resting day.Arrival and departure days with hunting planned or completed will be charged according to the rate of a full hunting day.
Included in the Daily Rates
- Services of a licensed hunting guide
- Tracker and Skinner
- Hunting vehicle
- Field preparation of trophies
- Delivery of trophies to local taxidermist or shipping agent
- Full accommodation with catering and laundry service
- Hunting Permits (issued by Ministry of Environment and Tourism)
Not included in the Daily Rates
- Cost per animal hunted
- Rented rifle (€ 30 /day. Any ammunition will be separately charged)
- All drinks
- Gratuities
- Export costs for trophies (Pack and Dip, etc)

- Transfers from Windhoek airport to Hamakari – € 250.00 per Trip,
(shared amongst passengers) - Transfers to other hunting areas or tourist attractions € 0,70 per
